K&K Supply, a family-owned construction supply and rental company in Fenton, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inside Sales? to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephones professionally, assisting customers, and processing orders.
• Follow up on customer orders, address issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process payments, including cash, credit card, and check transactions, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow the business.
• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of K&K’s equipment lineup and competitive products.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and pickup with customers.
• Process quotes, sales, rentals, and lease-purchase agreements to meet customer and company needs.
• Support outside sales representatives and management with field sales activities.
• Utilize manufacturer programs and resources to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
