Overview:
As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance CHAGEE’s brand identity, increase consumer engagement, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while identifying strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives that will strengthen our presence in the U.S. market.
What you'll do:
Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing programs that align with CHAGEE’s brand tone, values, and market positioning.
- Craft compelling creative copy and oversee visual branding to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage media communication strategies, including digital, social, and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Oversee budget allocation for brand campaigns, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
Co-Branding & Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic co-branding opportunities with relevant brands to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Develop and manage partnership collaborations, leveraging resources effectively to create high-impact campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Risk Management:
- Lead the execution of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and manage potential risks associated with brand initiatives, including consumer perception, market competition, and PR crises.
Creative & Content Development:
- Guide creative direction for content, including photography, video production, and campaign visuals.
- Ensure high aesthetic standards across all brand assets, maintaining consistency in storytelling and brand voice.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Use market data and insights to develop brand positioning strategies that differentiate CHAGEE in the U.S. market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
- Support product launches and promotions with strategic marketing planning and execution.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, product promotion, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands, or a 4A agency background is preferred.
- Previous experience in campaign execution, brand partnerships, and integrated marketing strategy development.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, consumer engagement, and storytelling.
- High aesthetic standards and experience in photography, video production, and TVCs is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute campaigns successfully.

The expected base salary range for this position is $100 ,000- $140,000 annually . Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications, and more.
