What you'll do:
- Review, process and manage weekly orders to support store operations and new store openings
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business growth while minimizing waste
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of supplies and materials to meet operational demands
- Ensure all purchased goods comply with CHAGEE’s quality standards, specifications, and sourcing guidelines
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value while maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for optimal service and product quality
- Adhere to company policies, ethical procurement standards, and legal regulations related to sourcing and purchasing
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, supplier information, and product master data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing timelines, requirements, and business priorities
- Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring product quality and service levels meet company expectations
- Work closely with the procurement manager and other departments to align purchasing strategies with overall business goals
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging products, and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities
- Research and vet potential new suppliers and products that align with CHAGEE’s brand standards and operational needs
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful:
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience and knowledge of retail operational supplies is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Adaptability and a continuous growth mindset
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications and more.
