We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented marketing manager to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for the launch of a premium iron supplement. The role involves collaborating with agencies to design and implement campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across retail, eCommerce and hospital channels while driving measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms
- For e-commerce, optimize digital efforts such as paid media, email campaigns, and promotions to boost online sales
- For retail, implement strategies to enhance product placement and visibility, including trade marketing initiatives like in-store promotions and merchandising
- For hospital channels, create targeted campaigns focused on education and awareness, collaborating with sales teams to strengthen relationships and generate leads
- Performance metrics across all channels, providing actionable insights for optimization
- Create and present reports on campaign success and ROI to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods, or nutraceutical industry. Ideally in startups or entrepreneurial environments.
- Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Have effectively leveraged a robust digital marketing toolkit to develop and execute creative marketing ideas to engage diverse audiences.
