Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team to support our government clients. In this remote role, the candidate can be located anywhere in the United States. The ServiceNow System Administrator works in collaboration with teams across the business to support clients looking for creative solutions! As a ServiceNow System Administrator you will work on full ServiceNow System development lifecycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions.

As a ServiceNow System Administrator you will:
Be responsible for the configuration and administration of solutions within the ServiceNow environment
Work with stakeholders to design, configure, test, document, and deploy system changes to the environment
Provide technical insight in designing and supporting ServiceNow while aligning to Service Management standard methodologies
Configure, customize, script, and develop the ServiceNow platform
Gather specifications from service owners, document requirements, and deliver product releases to meet business needs
Design and build integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
Install and utilize MID servers, web services, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with the ServiceNow platform
Create views and reports as needed to illustrate service performance and demonstrate business value
Having and maintaining an active Secret Government Security Clearance.
~ 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
~ Overall 5+ Years of experience in IT, with 2+ Years of experience in handling ServiceNow systems administration
~ Active in the ServiceNow community, including having attended Knowledge events, user group meetings, and participating on discussions in the ServiceNow online forums
~ Have participated in at least two full cycle implementations of ServiceNow and experience with Release Quebec or higher
~ Handle Service Portals including Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
~ Perform application maintenance, system diagnosing, and performance monitoring
~ Deep understanding of application scoping
Experience in advanced administering Now Platform
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification
