Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an established equipment company on a Field Sales Specialist opportunity covering the Clinton, MD and surrounding area. Individual will be responsible for project management, developing new accounts and managing accounts in the Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing and similar industries.

Base salary plus guarantee/commission = $90k - $120k first year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and achieve Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets revenue, profitability and market growth targets.
• cold calling, presentation development, delivery, and closing deals.
• Partner with Operations to meet client's needs.
• Maintain accurate reports and database records of customer contacts/activities and transactions.

Requirements:

• 3 plus years business to business sales experience, preferably within the construction, machinery, service or industrial markets
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience or an equivalent education and experience combination
• Time management and strong presentation skills
• Previous experience working from a home office or out in the field daily.
• Goal oriented, commission motivated, solid work ethic.
