Client open to background. – Hospital Critical Care or Home Health preferred

Personality is most important – someone who is a go-getter, willing to jump in to learn and help type of personality

Candidate MUST have previous and recent 1 year of experience within their specialty

* For: RN and PT's 4 patients a day on average
* Common cases: Ortho, medication management, wound care, disease education, wound vac, elective surgeries, hospital at home
* Population: usually elderly Medicare. No one under the age of 21 and don’t do much with Medicaid
* Leadership is very supportive
* They utilize teams for communication


*Orientation:*
* Candidates will be fully trained on everything and will be paired with a peer to peer their entire contract. (Will always have support)
* Will be trained on Oasis and Homecare homebase (HUGE OPPORTUNITY that will open doors for candidates)
* Training will be a total of 20 hours over a 4 week period
* Training will include modules and hands on training, along with a teach back from candidate to peer / preceptor

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $3,446.00 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
