The Director Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership to all clinical staff and related services to assure efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations. The Director Clinical Services serves as a change agent to streamline services and promote excellence in care by providing staff with support, mentoring, coaching and supervision. The Director Clinical Services works under the direction of the Administrative Director BVNA and works collaboratively with the staff, other leaders within the agency and the Community Health Division, and throughout Berkshire Health Systems.

Submission Requirements
* *5+ years progressive and versatile nursing and management experience required*
* Demonstrated experience in leadership, problem solving, team building, budgeting and coaching.
* Knowledge of home care operations preferred.
* Experience in preparing, monitoring and enforcing budgets and staffing patterns.
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
* Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field preferred.
* Valid Driver License required for this need/Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
* Acute care experience preferred
* *Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NON-NEGOTIABLE*
