Position Summary:

The Medical Assistant is responsible for administering prescribed medications to patients and maintaining related medical records under supervision of the nurse, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated

You will, but not limited to…

Supervises direct care of residents on his/her shift.
Administers direct care as necessary.
Gives and receives shift reports.
Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in resident’s condition.
