w:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS W) to join our team in a Michigan-based correctional facility. This role is critical to providing behavioral health services and facilitating successful reintegration for inmates transitioning from prison life to civilian life. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of social work experience and a commitment to supporting the re-entry process, including career counseling and life skills development, to help individuals secure employment and adapt to life outside of the correctional syste

m.
Key Responsibiliti

• es:Provide individual and group therapy to inmates, focusing on mental health support and counseling related to re-entry into socie
• ty.Assist inmates in developing strategies for reintegration, including personal goal setting, coping skills, and adjustment to societal nor
• ms.Develop and implement case management plans that address the social, emotional, and vocational needs of inmates preparing for relea
• se.Collaborate with correctional staff, community service providers, and employers to create a network of support for inmates transitioning to civilian li
• fe.Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for inmates dealing with trauma, substance abuse, mental health disorders, and other issues impacting successful re-ent

Qualificati
