Location: Indian Creek Correctional Center, Chesapeake, VA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No Weekends)

Max Rate: $40/hr + $4/hr Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with no weekends, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic services, including physical exercises, mobility training, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies.
• Monitor patient progress and provide updates to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) in the state of Virginia.
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPTA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a correctional facility environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: Up to $40/hr , based on experience.
