Position Details
* *Shift:* 3 x 12 days, 0700-1930
* *On Call/Weekend Requirement:* No on-call requirement, weekend included in rotation
* *Float Requirement:* No float requirement
* *Local Rate:* Applicable within \*\*\* miles of facility

Requirements
* BLS Certification
* CSFA Certification
* DC licensure as a First Assistant in hand
* 2 years of experience with required skills:
* DaVinci Xi Robotics Experience
* Acute Inpatient OR
* Laparoscopic assisted cases
* Electrosurgical units
* Fiber optic light sources/cords
* Suturing all wound layers including muscle and fascia
* Tying/ligating clamped vessels or tissues
* Wound dressing; liquid or spray occlusive
* Aseptic Technique
* Completion of 1 prior travel assignment

* General Cases: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Whipple
* GYN Cases: Abdominal hysterectomy, Anterior/Posterior repair, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Vaginal Hysterectomy
* Robotics Cases: Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Cardiothoracic robotic surgery, Colorectal Robotic Surgery, Gastrointestinal robotic surgery, Transplant robotic surgery, Gynecologic robotic surgery, TORS (TransOral Robotic Surgery), Urologic robotic surgery
* Thoracic Cases: Lung resection, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Thoracotomy, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery)
* Transplant Cases: Kidney, liver
* Urology Cases: Laparoscopic assisted cases, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy
* *Avg Daily Census:* 60 Cases per day
* *Rooms:* 31
* *Ratio:* 1:1
* *Patient Age Group:* Adults
* *Total Staffed Beds:* 402

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
