Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth.
- Oversee e-commerce strategies and collaborate with external vendors to optimize website performance using Adobe Commerce.
- Implement and manage strategies to enhance SEO and PPC campaigns, holding third-party teams accountable for measurable results.
- Drive strategies to increase online visibility, grow organic and paid traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and evaluate website analytics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Leverage HubSpot for email marketing campaigns and CRM management to engage and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to learn and integrate marketing efforts within Prophet 21 (ERP system).
- Ensure marketing campaigns and strategies align with existing systems and processes for seamless execution.
- Set measurable marketing goals, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve efforts.
- Hold third-party vendors accountable for delivering results and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team consisting of a graphic designer and a marketing assistant.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative marketing approaches to reach target audiences.
Additional Responsibilities
Content and Brand Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, digital assets, and campaigns that reflect the brand’s voice and mission.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
- Develop and manage a content calendar for social media, email marketing, and other channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.
