Manage cases from pre-litigation through settlement, supported by a strong staff and advanced automated systems that optimize case efficiency.Deposition experience strongly preferred.Excellent research and writing skills required.Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.Draft legal documents including memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and motions.Draft and respond to written discovery.Take and defend depositions.Prepare oral arguments for motions.Attend and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations.Strong legal drafting and research skills.Minimum Requirements:
