Job Description

Piper Companies seeks an experienced Quality Control Biochemist in Pennsylvania to work for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Utilize HPLC (Empower), SDS-Page, Elisa, Gel Electrophoresis, and UV-VIS skills to assist in vaccine production and development.
• Assist with endotoxin testing within the lab.
• Support process Improvement projects, including standardization of test methods and assay validation/qualification.
• Perform OOS/Deviation investigations and carry out experiments in support of these investigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical development or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Biochemistry techniques.
• Technical writing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
