Piper Life Sciences is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager in Los Angeles County. This individual will support the development of Environmental, Health and Safety processes and systems at our site.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement safety programs compliant with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Provide expertise and solutions on safety matters to management and project teams.
• Enhance safety awareness through training and communication tools to improve performance.
• Communicate and provide regular safety performance data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety or chemical safety in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to own projects/programs from creation to implementation.
• Understanding of ISO standards and OSHA regulations (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified).
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline.
