Manufacturing Superintendent Raymond, MS

• Lead and develop supervisors and a workforce of 50+ technicians across Press, Welding, and Paint.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and quality control.
• Coordinate workforce resources to optimize production efficiency.
• Implement training and cross-training programs for a versatile team.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring of plant personnel.
• Manage KPIs, cost control, and operational performance.

What Youll Bring:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Associate degree required; bachelors degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO 9000 standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and KPI tracking.
