Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
• Physical abilities include standing for long periods, lifting equipment up to 100 pounds, pushing, bending, and pulling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with physicians and other health team members.
• Ability to provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medications as ordered with proper documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, depending on the unit.
• Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
