Direct Counsel is seeking a partner-track Labor & Employment Associate to join a top-ranked national law firm in San Francisco .
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Labor & Employment practice , consistently recognized by Chambers USA and BTI for excellence in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of employment litigation defense experience and a collaborative, client-focused approach .
Key Responsibilities:

• Defending clients in employment litigation matters
• Managing cases in state and federal courts
• Advising on employment law compliance and risk management
• Collaborating across offices in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of employment litigation defense experience
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
• Admitted to practice in California
• Ability to work across offices and manage multiple assignments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $235,000 - $255,000 , based on experience
• Hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office per week)
