Piper Companies is currently seeking a Patient Support Quality Manager for a hybrid role. The Senior Patient Support Quality Manager will ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in patient support.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience in patient support programs, rare disease and/or complex therapy administration experience, and proficiency in Salesforce or Healthcloud CRM platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance of patient engagement quality programs through KPIs and metrics to evaluate service quality, patient satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
- Maintain patient services activities with departmental SOPs and industry standards.
- Establish and implement patient engagement quality program through policies, guidelines, and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
