Fine dining steakhouse concept in growth mode is in search of a Executive Sous Chef to join the team. Our grill is an all natural wood grill so having experience with live fire is a plus. This is a dinner only restaurant that prides itself on high quality food, service and beverages. The company is structured yet encourages input on current systems as well as implementing new systems. The Executive Sous Chef must have a working knowledge of food and labor costs, be fluent with ordering, inventory and scheduling and have a hands on approach to each shift.
The company is looking to grow this concept and is actively putting together a crew so they are fluent in this concept when the time comes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and uphold culinary excellence.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Assist in managing kitchen schedules, staffing needs, and daily operations.
