Location: Jacksonville, FL
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: $100,000 Annually, Plus Annually Bonuses
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required

About the Role
A fast-growing law firm with offices in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida is seeking a motivated Immigration Attorney. Candidates must have at least one year of immigration law experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a heavy caseload and a team of paralegals.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients and develop legal strategies
Manage cases, deadlines, and supervise staff
Prepare legal documents and conduct research
Stay updated on immigration laws and policies
Handle court hearings and trials
Market law firm services and cross-sell practices
Work one Saturday per month (bonus potential)
Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Bar License in good standing (any U.S. state or PR)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Fluent in Spanish
Immigration law experience (minimum one year)
