Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for the office. Answer phone calls and forward to appropriate staff. Greet and seat clients for advisor meetings.
  • Make confirmation calls to guests attending educational events.
  • Coordinate the educational event supplies.
  • Perform data entry into Salesforce.
  • Generate confirmation packages for new prospects regarding their in-office advisor appointments.
  • Order office supplies and printed materials and visit satellite offices to restock.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing UPS, regular mail, and electronic mail to clients.
  • Other office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a professional office environment.
  • A team player that must be flexible, enthusiastic, and possess an energetic personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and team-oriented organization.
  • Ability to work with others to create a world-class client experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license necessary.

This is an in-office position based in Needham, MA.
