Head of Sales (REMOTE)
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth and building strategic alliances in the food manufacturing industry? We’re seeking a Head of Sales who excels in inspiring and managing teams, creating innovative sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, results-driven professional with deep industry expertise and a track record of successfully navigating market trends, regulations, and business development opportunities.

This is a fully remote role.

Head of Sales Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Lead, supervise and coach a growing sales team, including Business Development Directors and Account Coordinators.
  3. Oversee negotiations, contracts, and customer relationships to build strategic alliances.
  4. Partner with R&D and other departments to understand regulatory, market access, and commercial needs.
  5. Monitor industry trends, market competition, and ensure compliance with food manufacturing standards.

Head of Sales Qualifications

  1. Extensive experience in food manufacturing with exposure to co-manufacturing model.
  2. Proven success in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning in the food and beverage or CPG industry.
  3. Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to manage and expand a growing team.
  4. Expertise in driving revenue growth, prospecting new business, and securing new business opportunities.
  5. Deep understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within co-manufacturing industry.

Compensation: $200k-$225k (DOE)
