Head of Sales (REMOTE)

This is a fully remote role.
Head of Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead, supervise and coach a growing sales team, including Business Development Directors and Account Coordinators.
- Oversee negotiations, contracts, and customer relationships to build strategic alliances.
- Partner with R&D and other departments to understand regulatory, market access, and commercial needs.
- Monitor industry trends, market competition, and ensure compliance with food manufacturing standards.
Head of Sales Qualifications
- Extensive experience in food manufacturing with exposure to co-manufacturing model.
- Proven success in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning in the food and beverage or CPG industry.
- Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to manage and expand a growing team.
- Expertise in driving revenue growth, prospecting new business, and securing new business opportunities.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within co-manufacturing industry.
Compensation: $200k-$225k (DOE)
