What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and execute technical symposiums for Regional Biotech accounts in the West/Mid-West United States and Canada
- Support customer opportunities and go-to-market strategy execution
- Provide initial product adoption application support to the North American commercial team and customers
- Create insightful win/loss analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop an in-depth understanding of market trends and communicate the "voice of the customer" to the internal organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or other scientific discipline, or Chemical Engineering, or other engineering discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of upstream experience in the biopharma industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences through both written and oral communications
- Experience working in a sales/marketing organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree in Biotechnology and/or a Master of Business Administration
- Over 5 years of upstream experience in the biopharma industry
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong partnerships with internal and external partners
- Expertise in Mammalian Cell Culture, including Viral & Gene Therapy
- Proven track record in effective communication and relationship-building skills
