AppsFlyer is currently searching for an experienced Workplace Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our North America teams. You will be our go-to team member for operational services, IT, vendor coordination, office management, facility renovations, and general workplace support.
What You'll Do: Experiences -
- Foster strong internal and external relationships, effectively collaborate across all organizational levels to support departmental needs
- Manage budget and planning for US events, including small and large scale events (ex: internal & external happy hours, summer parties, holiday parties, culture calendar, etc)
Real Estate and Workspaces -
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets with HQ on regional workplace strategy, including, but not limited to, managing regional lease agreements, real estate budgets, office moves, etc
- Oversee office capacity (conference rooms & seating) and work from office guidelines
Physical Security -
- Establish emergency action plans, implement health and safety policies, and ensure equipment and security procedures are up to date
- Manage access to SF & NY offices for employees, guests and vendors
- Ensure facilities, office equipment, IT network, and furniture are well maintained and fully functional for US offices
- Be informed on local regulations affecting office operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Workplace Budget -
- Work closely with regional and HQ teams (Finance, People Operations, Legal, Operations) to update policies, manage the annual office budget, and forecast expenses
- Manage budget for vendors and ensure quality and timely services, including meals, refreshments, janitorial, plant services, etc
- Manage budget office supplies, maintenance, and repairs for both SF & NY offices
- Lead procurement for all workplace needs
What You Have: - 5+ years of experience in facilities & workplace management roles
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, leases, and construction terms and practices
- Communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong project management skills with a high level of initiative
- Friendly, positive, and excellent communicator who can work effectively across the organization and enjoys creating memorable experiences for our team, visitors, and candidates
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Always willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
- Required in-office Monday through Friday
For our SF-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $110,000 and $120,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
