We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Senior Director of Marketing to guide our North American programs with expertise, driving continued expansion and solidifying our position at the forefront of the industry.
As the Senior Director of Marketing in North America, you will design and execute strategies that resonate with our market, aligning with our global goals. You'll be in charge of a dynamic team, carrying out large-scale marketing plans, making data-driven decisions, and leading our brand to new heights.
What you'll do:- Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for North America, connecting it with our overall company vision.
- Shape AppsFlyer's tone of voice and key messages to the North America market.
- Work with global growth and product marketing teams to deliver programs that have a tangible and measurable effect on demand generation and drive deal progression.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Manage your marketing budget efficiently, ensuring it delivers strong results and growth.
- Align local product marketing and sales enablement strategies with the particular needs to resonate with regional preferences and demand.
- Shape our communication and brand strategies, amplifying our presence across North America.
- Stay engaged with global leadership to make sure your marketing efforts are supported company-wide.
- Create training programs that keep your team ahead in industry knowledge and effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine your marketing approaches and work alongside Sales to make sure marketing drives revenue.
What you have:- 12+ years' SaaS B2B marketing experience, including 6 years in a management role
- Experience as a strong people leader, mentor, and an exceptional executor who always follows through
- Proven success with optimizing B2B inbound funnel, working with Sales and SDR functions as one, unified team, to drive company's growth
- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
- Great organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Demonstrated track record of establishing marketing programs that generate awareness, build strong relationships, and drive business growth
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
Bonus Points:- Experience in the mobile, digital marketing and/or advertising space
For our SF-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $225,000 and $265,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
