Job Description
AppsFlyer's Partner Development team is expanding their team! We are looking for an experienced Partner Development Manager to build and nurture relationships within industry giants like Dentsu, WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, the7stars, Havas, and more.

What you'll do:
  • Strategy and Long-Term Influence: Spearhead the collaboration with agencies on groundbreaking strategic initiatives to unlock novel revenue streams for AppsFlyer, fueling long-term growth and securing a dominant, innovative presence in the market well into the future.
  • Educate and Certify: Act as the primary AppsFlyer educator to agency partners, especially focusing on equipping partners with knowledge about the latest industry trends and technologies. Champion the AppsFlyer certification to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Work jointly with agency partners to conceptualize and implement co-marketing strategies that amplify both AppsFlyer's and partners' brand presence. You'll leverage both entities' strengths to drive aligned marketing successes.
  • Influence Product Roadmap: Use your understanding of agency leadership and client insights to influence AppsFlyer's product strategy. Actively market in-sync product launches to agencies, industry press, and through AppsFlyer's owned channels.
  • Develop Executive-Level Relationships: Foster deep trust and partnership at the executive level, ensuring that AppsFlyer and partner agencies share a common vision and goals to underpin strategic decisions and growth.
  • Broaden Agency Ecosystem: Enhance our agency network by initiating and nurturing relationships across different business units within holding companies, thereby strengthening the broader ecosystem.

Who you are:
  • An Executive Liaison: You are adept in engaging with and influencing C-suite executives and department leaders, comfortable conversing with Data and Analytics leaders, Retail Media heads, and other high-level stakeholders.
  • A Thought Leader: You bring a wealth of industry knowledge and a consultative approach to empower partners, remaining at the forefront of digital advertising trends and technologies.
  • A Relationship Architect: Skilled at crafting and sustaining strategic relationships at an executive level, you believe in the power of collaboration for mutual growth.
  • An Agency Insider: Your experience in ad tech or martech, and your familiarity with the inner workings and key players within industry giants like Dentsu, WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, the7stars, Havas, and M&CSaatchi Performance, make you a valuable asset.
  • Comfortable on Stage: Stage presence is second nature to you. You feel completely at home in front of an audience, whether it's a small group or a large assembly. Your confidence on stage allows you to connect with the audience, maintain their attention, and convey your points effectively without succumbing to stage fright.
  • A Marketing Innovator: Your expertise in co-creating and leading successful marketing initiatives sets you apart as a driving force in partner collaborations.

What you have:
  • 6+ years of experience in alliance or partnership management roles (preferably in SaaS) with a focus on high-level agency relationships
  • An understanding of mobile app development businesses with a passion for analytics and experience with the AdTech industry
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with a network that includes executives at C-suite level, Data and Analytics, Retail Media, and other relevant leadership positions
  • Strong existing relationships with decision-makers across well-known agencies such as Dentsu, WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, the7stars, Havas, and M&CSaatchi Performance
  • Deep understanding of and experience with marketing strategies, collaborations, and product influence connected to partner feedback and insights
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting high-level concepts across different audience types
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Agility and readiness to travel as required to foster and maintain valuable executive relationships
