POLITICO is seeking a creative, dynamic and strategic leader to drive the growth of POLITICO's flagship Playbook franchise across platforms. Managing and working in close collaboration with Playbook's editors and reporting talent - and working with other Washington-focused journalists throughout the newsroom, most notably the Congress team - the Executive Producer will be responsible for the overall creative development, execution and distribution of Playbook, including shaping the editorial direction of the franchise's daily newsletters and audio podcasts. The Executive Producer will also lead development and execution of a strategy for the expansion of the brand across platforms, in partnership with the newsroom leadership team, the audience and data/insights team, the media solutions team, and the marketing/communications teams, among others.
