  • Candidates must be proficient in General/Robotics
  • Must have 1 year of experience and experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo, C-Sections
  • Charge Nurse for all shifts 7a-11p M-F, weekends 7a-7p, manager until 4p M-F
  • MUST be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub
  • MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter
  • Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff
    Schedule Information
  • Rotating 8hr shifts 0645-1515; 0900-1730; 1500-2330; 0700-1930 (weekend only)
  • Clinical supervisor makes the schedule
  • Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645
  • Weekend/Call Requirements: Based on staffing, every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645
  • Holiday/Call Requirements: Rotate with perm staff
  • Call response time: 15 minutes
  • How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 4-5 days on the unit, 2 buddy call shifts
  • 32hr GTE/scheduled 40hrs - Occasionally M-F 1500-2330 shift or 0900-1730 shift; Sat/Sun 0700-1930 shift approximately every 13 weeks
  • Will also cover weekend call, approximately every 4th/5th weekend, Fri 1515-Mon 0645, rotating holidays
    Unit Specific Information
  • OR - GENERAL/ROBOTICS
  • # of Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite
  • Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open Bellies, endo/ GI experience
  • Experience with ION Robot, Davinci XI, Stryker towers; GYN
  • Floating to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub
  • Floating to the floor as a 1:1 sitter
