Client Support Associate - Financial Advisory / Wealth Management Firm
Duration: 6 month contract, likely long-term extension
Location: El Segundo, CA or San Diego, CA - 2 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITE REQUIRED
Rate: $19/hr - $23/hr
One of our Financial Advisory / Wealth Management clients in Los Angeles and San Diego is seeking a Client Support Associate. This is a unique opportunity to join the team to provide operational support, troubleshooting, and world-class customer service to their advisors.
What you will do:
- Develop one on one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients
- Work independently to assist callers with tailor support to meet their needs
- Serve as the caller's primary point of contact and own the caller's issue from start to finish
- Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers
- Provide support on various computers systems associated with the broker/dealer
- Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule
- Utilize CRM tool to accurately record and track calls
- Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts
What you need: - 2+ years of experience working in client services or call center operations
- 1+ year of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting
- Strong technical aptitude
- High school diploma
Nice to haves: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 1+ year of work experience in the financial industry
- 2+ years of experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organization, and follow up skills
- Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management
- Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing
