Job Description :
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Establish high quality client relationships.
- Resolve escalations from outsourced call center staff.
- Manage incoming client and provider requests in a multi-channel environment.
- Use critical thinking skills to identify appropriate solutions for customers.
Hours : M-F 8am-6pm; 1 hour lunch
