Our client is seeking an onsite Call Center Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Excellent phone skills and a strong attention to detail are key in this role. If you have experience in handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and possess a keen ability to route calls effectively, we want to hear from you!
About the Job:
- Answer and document incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.
- Send faxes or print documents when requested.
- Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails.
- Route calls to the proper destination when required.
- Complete additional administrative or other relevant tasks as needed.
About You: - 1+ years of call center experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Experience with SharePoint and tech savviness is preferred.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
About the Position: - $23/hr while temporary
- $25/hr when permanent
- 100% on-site during the first six months
- Hybrid once permanent.
- Office in Rockville, MD.
