Beacon Hill is hiring! We have partnered with a growing company in the Loop in hiring Contact Center Specialists to start immediately! In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing outstanding service. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in customer service and grow within the company. Training will be onsite for one month and then the position will be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product or service information and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly call and service goals.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multi-task.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and coachable attitude.
