Supply Chain Analyst


Position Responsibilities

  • Deadline Management : Prioritize workload and manage sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Inventory Analysis : Analyze and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses to maintain optimal stocking levels and mitigate shortages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with international supply chain teams to ensure continuity of supply and minimize production disruptions.
  • Data Review : Evaluate internal and external Excel data, identifying and communicating anomalies and opportunities.
  • Report Preparation : Prepare reports on sales trends, inventory analysis, shortage risks, and customer fulfillment summaries.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Order Fulfillment : Complete daily tasks for customer orders, including sales order placement, invoicing, shipping documentation, and customer portal ASNs.
  • Inventory Audits : Conduct regular inventory counts and perform audits as needed.
  • Risk Communication : Communicate perceived risks to leadership and work on strategic projects to mitigate them.
  • Logistics Coordination : Ensure timely receipt of inventory to avoid service interruptions, including some tracking and tracing.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or demand planning.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
