The Bay Area offices of an AmLaw 50/Vault 50 law firm seek a senior level intellectual property litigation associate to join its Litigation Practice group.

-Base salary range: $310,000 -- $435,000

-Bonuses: top of market

-The firm has no billable hour requirement . Only 1800 hours are needed to be eligible for bonuses.

-Hybrid flexible work environment out of San Francisco or Silicon Valley

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in soft IP, trademark, copyright, trade secrets and other complex commercial litigation
• Experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission and/or International Trade Commission
• You must be an attorney licensed to practice law in California
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
