Key Responsibilities :

n - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.n
- Process and confirm purchase orders using SAPn
- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry.n
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.n
- Handle invoicing, order documentation, and customer account managementn
- Provide product, pricing, and order status information.n
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt service.n
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and general customer account management.n

Qualifications :

n - 1-3 years of customer service experience.n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.n
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlookn
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.n
