Vaco Phoenix is working with a client in North Phoenix who needs a Customer Service Representative with manufacturing experience to join their growing team. These are contract to hire position and is 100% onsite. The client is interviewing this week!
nResponsibilities: n
n - Provide customers with pricing, delivery, and product information. n
- Answer customer questions, resolve problems, and perform other marketing activities (i.e. promote and sell products, and enter or confirm sales). n
- Monitor and address commercial requirements on customers’ portals and forward quality and technical requirements to the appropriate Department.n
- Receive and or place telephone calls, which are non-routine and may require deviation from standard procedures. n
- Receive and answer customers’ questions, comments or complaints while following established guidelines. n
- Prepare responses to customers in required format. n
- Act as a liaison between the customer and various departments within the company. n

n - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, and customers. n
- Ability to interface effectively with various interlocking departments n
- Ability to acquire extensive knowledge of the Company’s product lines and applications.n
- Possess effective time management skills.n
