Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

n - Provide HR support to all levels, partnering with managers to align people and performance with business outcomes.n
- Maintain high ethical standards, fostering respect and trust.n
- Assist business partners with coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation.n
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation, policies, and compliance.n
- Manage the tuition reimbursement program and ensure regulatory compliance.n
- Support employee relations, conduct investigations, manage off-boarding, and perform exit interviews.n
- Stay updated on HR regulations and participate in audits.n
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed.n

Qualifications:

n - Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field (preferred).n
- Experience with the payroll software Paycom is highly preferred! Paycom implementation experience is a plus!n
- 2-3 years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.n
- Knowledge of HR disciplines including talent management, employee relations, and employment law.n
- Strong decision-making, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to manage confidential information and meet multiple deadlines.n
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and effective communication skills.n
