Here's what you'll do:

  • Client Operations & Project Management: Oversee daily client experience operations, supporting and executing designated client activities. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance client success.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including staff, leadership, and members, to drive satisfaction and retention. Engage regularly and address issues proactively.

  • Group Collaboration & Facilitation: Work with client leadership to support working groups, committees, and boards of directors. Facilitate meetings (in-person and virtual), set agendas, document action items, and track progress.

  • Membership Process Oversight: Execute membership processes for assigned clients, including responding to inquiries, onboarding, renewals, recruitment, and reporting. Enhance member benefits and support strategic goals.

  • Program Delivery: Coordinate membership programs and benefits in alignment with client strategies, ensuring smooth implementation of policies, programs, and procedures.
  • n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, events, technology, and other internal teams to support communications initiatives, events, and adoption of new tools or systems.

  • Database Expertise: Leverage your proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability in learning new systems (e.g., iMIS) to ensure efficient and effective client operations.

As our next Program Specialist, you will bring:

  • Bachelor's (B.A./B.S.) degree and 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, client-facing roles, or association management.
  • n
  • Familiarity with iMIS is a plus.
  • n
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills; Ability to manage multiple clients, shift priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • n
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, think through interconnected workflows, and implement solutions without needing step-by-step guidance.
  • n
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellence to clients and a proactive approach to communication, with a focus on customer service.
  • n
  • Comfortable with autonomy, taking ownership of tasks, and determining your own path to achieving goals.
  • n
  • Adaptability & Agility; Thrive when faced with unexpected challenges, pivoting quickly while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact across all stakeholders.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new databases and systems to enhance efficiency.

  • Experience working with diverse cultures across time zones is a plus.

  • Willingness to Travel; Domestic and international travel up to 25%.

The target hiring range for this role is $50,000-60,000 USD (annually) . The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
