- Generate sales leadsn
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionn
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationn
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsn
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasn
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionn
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsn
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesn
- Take the extra mile to engage customersn

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practicesn

- High school diploman
- Typing proficiency: 60 wpm.n
