What you’ll do
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle to deliver strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth and operational excellence
Create and execute comprehensive project plans for new product launches that drive market expansion and revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product integration into field operations
Track project progress, tackle risks, and deliver updates to maintain project momentum and stakeholder alignment
Transform and implement process improvements initiatives to optimize field operations efficiency
Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to accelerate project outcomes and drive consensus on critical decisions
Create and present project updates for governance calls to ensure strategic alignment and secure continued executive support
Qualifications What you bring
Proven communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
Strong capability in gathering business requirements, assessing risks, and developing mitigation plans
Exceptional organizational skills and time management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of introducing creative solutions to complex challenges
Proven ability to present and communicate complex information to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to balance product knowledge with operational needs
Experience with customer experience initiatives is an asset
Great-to-haves
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product introduction or field operations
Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
Salary Range: $74,000-$112,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
