Key Responsibilities - Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other team members to provide seamless customer support
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Processing customer orders and tracking shipments
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assisting with product returns and exchanges
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Experience working in a customer service or retail environment is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
