I am currently working with a leading boutique litigation law firm on a number of hires, which includes an Associate to join their expanding Real Estate Litigation group in Minneapolis .

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead Partners across the group.
• Work on Real Estate and Business Litigation matters.
• Work across a number of sectors, including energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects.
• Matters will include subcontractor and supply agreements, drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, and a variety of other commercial contracting and project finance documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year(s) of post-qualification experience.
• JD qualified (ideally gained from an ABA accredited law school).
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
