Job Summary: The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services necessary for the company’s operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders and deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage supply chain logistics.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or in a similar role.
