OVERVIEW OF THE AP/AR SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely for payment.
• Ensure proper approval, coding, and documentation for all payments.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue account.
• The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist will prepare and deposit daily cash receipts.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP/AR SPECIALIST:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
