AP/AR Specialist

Overview of the AP/AR Specialist Role:

• Process high volume of invoices and perform weekly check runs
• Set up new vendor accounts
• Code invoices in the GL
• Send invoices to customers and apply payments to customer accounts
• Process customer credit applications
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile accounts

Preferred Qualifications for the AP/AR Specialist Position:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting
• Four years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Location: This role is 100% onsite in LaPorte, IN

Salary: $41,700 - $51,750 depending on experience
