Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist
- Process payroll for employees
- Enter all new employees into the system and make applicable changes to direct deposits and tax withholdings
- Pull payroll reports
- Balance payroll reports to ensure they match all hours and timesheet changes
- Prepare payroll deductions and other tasks as needed
Qualifications of Payroll Specialist
- At least 3 years of payroll experience
- Associate's Degree is required
- Collaborative team player and takes initiative
