Overview of the Payroll Specialist role:
- Review employee timesheets for accuracy
- Process payroll for 200 hourly and salary employees, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses
- Maintain records of hourly rates, wages, benefits, and new hire information
- Prepare reports for management and finance departments
- Manage payroll budget and expenses by assisting departments with payroll procedures
Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Role:
- Minimum two years of payroll experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a major payroll software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
The Payroll Specialist role is fully onsite in New Carlisle, Indiana
Salary: $52,450.00 - $67,450.00
