Growing healthcare company located in Oakbrook is dedicated to improving lives worldwide. Their legal department is expanding and they are seeking an experienced In-House Attorney with expertise in commercial contracts and litigation to join their team.

The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice related to commercial contracts and representing the company in litigation matters. The attorney will handle complex legal matters and projects.

Some responsibilities include:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support on various contractual and operational issues.
• Manage litigations and oversee outside counsel.
• Ensure the company's legal compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for contract management and other legal processes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney with strong focus on commercial contracts and litigation.
• Active member of the state bar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
